Shipping policy
*Note: When purchasing a new hat, it is important to be as accurate as possible with your head measurements to prevent getting a hat that is under or over-sized. You will need to measure your head using a clothes tape, or you can improvise using a piece of string and a ruler.
To take your head measurement, place the string or tape around your head around where the hat will sit. This should roughly be about 1/8" above your ear, across the mid-forehead, and completely circling your head. Hold the tape firmly, but not too tightly. If your measurement falls between sizes, choose the next largest size. All of our hats and caps come sized and you can use this to make your order.
SHIPPING POLICY
All of our orders are processed the same day they are processed on our website, unless the order was placed on a holiday or weekend, in which case it will be processed the next business day.
We always guarantee the delivery of your order, but promotions and special offers may be delayed due to high demand for our products.
Once the order has been verified, it is processed within 1/6 days and shipped to the delivery address.
All our products leave our facilities 4 to 6 weeks after placing the order. We ship to all countries by plane, which allows us to offer an international service.

Normally: 12-20 days depends on the demand for products....
In specific cases, due to high demand (Black Friday, Black Monday, Christmas, etc...) or logistics issues, shipping may take 3 to 4 weeks.
Having a margin of 50 days for the product to arrive, if not, you can proceed to the refund for lost / not shipped order.
All our shipments are insured and have a tracking number that can facilitate the delivery of your order.

*If the client does not put the correct address in the order and does not notify us minutes after the order (before the shipment and package is processed) and the package cannot be delivered due to the incorrect address, there will be no option to refund and a subsequent shipment of said package will be borne by the customer and buyer.
*In the event that at the time of delivery of the order it is not possible to contact the client, it is notified via mailbox and if in X days the package is not picked up from the notified office, it will be sent to the factory again having lost said package without option to reimbursement.
*In case the shipment has already been made, it will not be possible to change the delivery address since the shipments are under the delivery of external companies Inti Spirit and we do not have the power to change the delivery address once the order has been shipped from the warehouse, so the client is responsible for the loss of the package in case of not having indicated the correct address, moving house or similar.
Factors such as logistics delays and customs clearance may affect the estimated delivery time.
Inti Spirit is not responsible under any circumstance for the taxes, fees or tariffs applied to the shipment or fees that may be applied in customs for the purchased package, for which the buyer and client of Inti Spirit will be responsible for providing the value required in customs without being able to process a return.

*Any return for whatever reason, the cost of shipping back to the warehouses is borne by the customer. (We will pay for the shipping of said change so that the product returns to the buyer).
